Instructions

Prepare Oven:

Cook Ramen Noodles:

Layer Lasagna:
Spread thin layer of meat sauce on bottom of baking dish (approx. 22x30 cm). Add layer of ramen noodles (about one pack per layer). Spread a third of ricotta mixture over noodles, then top with a third of meat sauce. Repeat layers twice, finishing with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and parmesan over top.
Bake:
Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil, bake another 10–15 minutes until cheese is bubbling and golden.
Finish:
Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with green onions if desired.
