- Add milk, shredded cheddar, mustard and garlic powder. Stir well.
- Microwave cheese:
- Microwave for another 30–40 seconds, until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
- Finish & serve:
- Stir again, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with Parmesan and smoked paprika if desired. Serve immediately.
