Instructions

Prepare pasta:
Place macaroni and water in a large microwave-safe mug (at least 12 oz/350 ml). Stir to combine.
Microwave pasta:
Microwave on high for 2–3 minutes. Stir, then continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until pasta is al dente and most water is absorbed (total 4–5 minutes). Watch to prevent overflow.
Add cheese & seasonings:
Add milk, shredded cheddar, mustard and garlic powder. Stir well.
Microwave cheese:

Finish & serve:
