Recipe FAQ

How do I achieve the fudgy texture in the brownies?

Use the right balance of butter, sugar, and eggs, and avoid overbaking. Keep the baking time to 20–25 minutes so the center stays moist.

What can I use to color the white chocolate green?

Gel food coloring works best for tinting melted white chocolate without affecting its texture.

Can I prepare these brownies ahead of time?

Yes, bake and cool the brownies in advance. Assemble the decorations shortly before serving to keep toppings fresh.

What is the purpose of using marshmallows on the brownies?

Marshmallows serve as a stable base to support the strawberry hats and add a soft contrast in texture.

Are there any alternatives for a vegan option?

Substitute vegan butter and egg replacer in the batter, and choose dairy-free white chocolate for decoration.
