10 - 12 strawberries, hulled, washed, and dried

12 - 12 small marshmallows (optional)

# Method:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
02 - Melt butter in a small saucepan or microwave and allow to cool slightly.
03 - In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until incorporated. Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
04 - Sift flour, cocoa powder, and salt into the wet mixture. Gently fold until just combined.
05 - Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the surface. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until set but fudgy. Cool completely in the pan.
06 - Once cooled, cut brownies into 12 even squares.
07 - Tint melted white chocolate with green gel food coloring until desired shade is reached.
08 - If using, place one marshmallow atop each brownie square. Position a strawberry pointed side up on top to resemble a hat.
09 - Spoon or pipe green chocolate over each strawberry to mimic a Christmas tree. Immediately decorate with sprinkles or edible stars.
10 - Allow to set at room temperature for 10 minutes or refrigerate briefly until chocolate hardens.
