# Method:

01 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine coconut cream, coconut sugar, and maple syrup. Whisk continuously until mixture begins to bubble. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring often, until thickened. Remove from heat; blend in vanilla extract and sea salt. Allow to cool slightly.
02 - Slice apples and gently toss with lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
03 - Position apple slices, grapes, strawberries, dried apricots, chocolate pieces, nuts, pretzel sticks, shredded coconut, and vegan marshmallows on a large serving board or platter.
04 - Spoon cooled vegan caramel sauce into a small bowl and set at the center of the serving board.
