03 - In a mixing bowl, blend crème fraîche, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
04 - Evenly distribute crème fraîche mixture over the pizza base, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
05 - Top the sauce evenly with shredded mozzarella cheese.
06 - Place sliced dill pickles and red onion over the cheese.
07 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
