12 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
13 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
14 - 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped, optional
# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, ground cinnamon if desired, and a pinch of salt.
03 - Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter and evenly sprinkle with cocoa-sugar mixture.
04 - Stack prepared tortillas and slice into 8 wedges each. Arrange wedges in a single layer on the lined baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping chips halfway, until crispy. Allow chips to cool completely.
06 - In a medium mixing bowl, gently toss together strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, mango, and apple. Drizzle with lime juice and honey or maple syrup, then add mint if desired.
07 - Serve chocolate tortilla chips alongside fresh fruit salsa for dipping.
