01 - 2 large flour tortillas
02 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise or cranberry sauce

03 - 3.5 oz roast turkey or chicken, sliced
04 - 1.75 oz cooked stuffing, crumbled
05 - 1.75 oz roast potatoes, sliced or chopped
06 - 1 oz cooked vegetables (carrots, peas, Brussels sprouts), chopped
07 - 2 tbsp gravy (optional)
→ Fresh Additions
08 - 1 small handful fresh spinach or lettuce leaves
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
# Method:
01 - Heat tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds on each side or microwave for 10 seconds until pliable.
02 - Spread mayonnaise or cranberry sauce evenly over each tortilla, leaving a ¾ inch border.
03 - Layer fresh spinach or lettuce, then turkey or chicken, stuffing, roast potatoes, and cooked vegetables on the tortillas.
04 - Drizzle gravy over fillings if desired and season with salt and black pepper.
05 - Fold in the sides, roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom, and slice each wrap in half.
06 - Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later consumption.
