02 - In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Press the mixture evenly into the lined pan. Refrigerate while preparing gummies.
03 - Pour fruit juice into a small saucepan and sprinkle unflavored gelatin over it. Allow to bloom for 5 minutes, then gently heat over low, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in honey or agave syrup and pour mixture into a small parchment-lined dish. Chill in the refrigerator for 45 to 60 minutes until fully set.
04 - Once set, cut gummies into uniform small cubes.
05 - Remove the chilled oat base. Evenly sprinkle homemade gummy cubes, freeze-dried fruits, and freeze-dried candy over the surface. Press toppings gently into the base to adhere.
06 - Refrigerate the entire pan for an additional 10 to 15 minutes to ensure proper setting.
07 - Lift out the block using parchment paper and slice into bars.
