# Method:
01 - Place the chopped mango, yogurt, honey, ground cardamom, and cold water or milk into a blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until the mixture reaches a smooth and creamy consistency, approximately 1-2 minutes.
03 - Evaluate the texture and add additional water or milk if a thinner consistency is preferred.
04 - Sample the lassi and adjust sweetness with additional honey or cardamom intensity as needed.
05 - Pour the lassi into two chilled glasses and garnish with a pinch of ground cardamom or chopped pistachios if desired. Serve immediately while cold.
