# Method:

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine unsalted butter and bittersweet chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water. Stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Whisk granulated sugar into melted chocolate mixture. Incorporate eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- Sift all-purpose flour, matcha powder, and fine sea salt into bowl. Stir mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold white miso paste through batter to create a marbled effect, leaving visible streaks.
- Transfer batter to prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until set yet fudgy. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
- Use an electric mixer to beat mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until mixture is thick and smooth.
- Briefly dip ladyfingers into cooled chai tea, then layer in serving cups. Spread mascarpone mixture over each layer.
- Dust with ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, and cocoa powder. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted unsalted butter. Press firmly into a lined 8-inch square pan to form an even base.
- Blend softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs individually, then incorporate black sesame paste, vanilla extract, and salt.
