01 - 1 sheet (8.8 oz) puff pastry, thawed

02 - 3.5 oz sliced salami
03 - 3.5 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
04 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

05 - 1 egg, beaten
# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Place puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and brush evenly with Dijon mustard.
03 - Layer sliced salami evenly over the mustard-coated pastry, then sprinkle grated cheddar on top.
04 - Roll the pastry tightly from one long edge to form a log and slice into 16 equal pieces.
05 - Place the scrolls cut side up on the prepared baking tray.
06 - Brush the tops of the scrolls with beaten egg for a golden finish.
07 - Bake for 16 to 18 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
08 - Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving warm or at room temperature.
