# Components:

→ Vegetables

01 - 1 cup green cabbage, chopped
02 - 1 cup kale leaves, stems removed, chopped
03 - 1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
04 - 1 stalk celery, chopped

→ Fruit

05 - 1 green apple, cored and chopped
06 - Juice of 1 lemon

→ Flavorings

07 - 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
08 - 1/2 cup cold water (optional, for blending)

# Method:

01 - Wash all produce thoroughly. Prepare ingredients as directed: chop cabbage and kale, peel and chop cucumber, chop celery, core and chop apple, peel ginger.
02 - Feed cabbage, kale, cucumber, celery, apple, ginger, and lemon juice through the juicer. Stir the juice well before serving.
03 - Add cabbage, kale, cucumber, celery, apple, ginger, lemon juice, and water to the blender. Blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag to remove pulp, if desired.
04 - Serve immediately over ice, if desired.
