01 - 8 slices brioche bread
→ Fillings
02 - 7 oz cooked turkey breast, sliced
03 - 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
04 - 3.5 oz cooked stuffing
05 - 4 tbsp mayonnaise
06 - 4 slices mild cheddar cheese (optional)
→ Vegetables
07 - 1 small handful baby spinach or lettuce leaves
08 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
→ Butter
09 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
# Method:
01 - Lightly toast brioche slices until golden for added flavor.
02 - Spread mayonnaise evenly on one side of each brioche slice.
03 - On four slices, layer turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, optional cheddar cheese, and baby spinach or lettuce leaves.
04 - Top the fillings with thinly sliced red onion.
05 - Place remaining brioche slices on top, mayonnaise side down.
06 - Lightly spread softened butter on the outsides of each sandwich.
07 - Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and grill each sandwich for 2 to 3 minutes per side, pressing gently, until bread is golden and fillings are warmed.
08 - Slice sandwiches and serve immediately while warm.
